The 1st-Per-Team Buzzer System ...
is perfect for capturing the order that players buzz-in (1 per team), not just the first player!

Players compete by pressing their hand-held button - the system sounds and a corresponding light on the team-box shows who was first. All other players are locked out.

Player lights are easily seen by all participants.

The first player's light stays lit until the system is cleared for the next question.

When you're ready for the next question, press the reset button to clear the lights. .

The system can be reset one of two ways: (1) the reset button (on the console), or (2) a hand-held button plugged into the console

Does your competition format require that you capture the first three (or more players) who ring-in?  If a player gets a wrong answer, do you need to see who rang-in next without clearing the system and having players ring-in again?

The "1st-Per-Team" Buzzer System operates like the "team-box" system, but unlike other buzzer systems, this system continues to record button presses after the first player has buzzed in -- so players who buzz in after the first player can be identified in the order their buttons were pressed.

After a player has answered a question, the moderator has the option to

  • clear the system if the player got the right answer, or
  • advance to next player to see if he/she has the correct answer.

This continues until no more players are in the queue, at which point the system is cleared and ready for the next question.
