What May be Returned for Refund? |
| |
All "regular" NED products (that is, products
that are not special order) may be returned for a refund.
Products that are "special-order" or "custom-made" are not returnable unless a written agreement stating
otherwise was in place at the time of the order.

Duration of Eligibility for Refund |
|
|
Notify NED within 15 days.
The customer must notify NED of their intent to return a product within 15 calendar days
from the day the product was delivered to the customer's shipping address.
Returned product must arrive within
30 days. NED must receive the product within thirty calendar days from the date
the product was delivered to the customer's shipping address.
Products that arrive between 31 and
44 days. Products arriving after thirty days are regarded as a rental and the
customer will be charged a rental fee (US$60).
Products that arrive after 45 days.
After 45 days, the product is no longer eligible for refund. The sale is final. NED
will not accept a return that arrives later than 45 calendar days after the date the
product was delivered to the customer's shipping address.

STEP 1: NOTIFY US THAT
YOU'RE
RETURNING PRODUCT
The customer must notify NED by phone, fax,
or email of their intent to return the product. Notification must occur within 15 calendar
days of when the product was delivered the customer's shipping address.
STEP 2: RETURN PRODUCT TO NED

Pack the product.
Use
original packaging and securely pack the product. Ship the product to the NED address
listed on the PACKING FORM that was included with your product.
Ship so that it arrives in time.
The
customer must select a carrier and a mode of transportation (e.g., ground vs. second-day
air) that will ensure timely delivery. Please refer to the section entitled "DURATION
OF ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND" for information regarding when the system must be received
by NED.
NED must receive the product.
It
is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery to NED occurs. Please call NED or
use your carrier's tracking system to verify delivery.
The product must arrive in new and
resalable condition.
NED will notify the carrier if damage occurred en route.

Expenses That are Refunded |
| |
The following expenses will be refunded:
the price paid for the product and any associated sales tax.
The customer will be billed for missing
and/or damaged parts.
Special Fee for Refunds associated
with an order placed with a Credit Card. For orders placed with a credit card,
NED will assess a 3% fee to cover fees associated with the cancelled order.

Expenses that are not Refundable |
| |
Special fees associated with an order are
not refundable. These include - but are not limited to - express delivery fees, special
fees for shipments outside the continental USA, currency conversion, and special handling
(e.g., personal delivery).
NED is not responsible for the
cost of
returning the product to NED. Expenses associated with shipping, packaging services,
insurance, delivery confirmation, etc., are the responsibility of the customer.
