The price of the rental includes a pre-paid UPS
return label. You are responsible for boxing-up the
system, attaching the pre-paid label to the box, and
turning the box over to UPS.

Note: We can ship rental equipment with
less than one week notice, however there is a
$20 expedite processing fee, and additional
shipping fees may apply.
Rental with credit card only.
Rental fee is non-refundable. If you
cancel before your rental is shipped, only the
shipping fee will be refunded ($20 per system).

Late Fee. Systems not returned
to us within 2 weeks after your event will
result in your credit card being charged the
late fee ($50).
Systems not returned within 4 weeks
of your event are considered sold to the
renter. Your credit card will be billed for
the price of a new system (minus your rental
