Grey Cable Repair
Quiz cords get a lot of wear-and-tear.
These cords can last a long time, but the latching tabs will eventually fatigue and break.

This service is for our “grey cords” with ethernet-style connectors (RJ45) as shown here:
Short Cords …
…and long cords.
IMPORTANT We cannot repair round ethernet cords. We can only repair the flat grey cord that originally came with your system.
What’s Included
♦ We replace both plugs.
We use plugs with snag-resistant tabs.
♦ Your repaired cords will be an inch shorter, but functionally, they’ll be good as new.
♦ Cords are thoroughly tested before being returned to you.
Suggestion
If you have an older system and a few of you cords are wearing out, consider having all the cords in your system repaired.
It’s likely all of your cords have been aging at the same rate, and this would prevent needing to send your other cords later.
Suggestion
It may be worthwhile to order spare cords when you have cords repaired.

Send your cords to us with a printout of this order!
For shipping, we recommend

♦ Postal Priority (for packages less than 5 pounds)

Special note for Purchase Orders
If you are using a school purchase order, do NOT place the order on-line.
For POs, all you need to do is include the PO paperwork in the box with your your worn-out buttons.
We will bill your school when we send the repaired buttons back to you.
