Ordering with Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from schools, government institutions, and companies. We do not accept purchase orders from companies outside of the United States. BuzzerSystems.com terms are “net 30”. Purchase orders are accepted via fax at 800-406-8569, or via e-mail to orders@BuzzerSystems.com. We cannot accept informal or purely verbal purchase orders. If you need us to fill out a vendor application, please send it to the before-referenced email address. Our W-9 is available at our website at the ‘contact us’ link (or ‘click here‘ for the W-9).
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Orders are shipped in the order that they are received. We use a variety of shipping methods including UPS, Federal Express, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have a PO Box and physical address, please include both when placing your order.
Products may be returned for an exchange during the first 30 days of possession. There is NO RESTOCK FEE when you do an exchange for a similarly-priced item. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the first product to us. Original product must be received in like-new condition, suitable for resale. Returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories within 30 days.
In the event goods supplied by BuzzerSystems.com, Inc. are considered defective and/or non-conforming by the customer, BuzzerSystems.com must be notified within thirty days. BuzzerSystems.com can then issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept any returned goods without an RMA number. Unless instructed otherwise, refusal of shipment when a package is delivered does not constitute a request for an RMA. Once an RMA has been issued, the customer has fourteen days to return the package to BuzzerSystems.com. Once the item(s) have been received, the customer can expect a credit onto their card, or a revised invoice in the case of Corporate Accounts, within fourteen days. BuzzerSystems.com does not issue store credit.
For items BuzzerSystems.com proves defective upon receipt, errors in shipment, or exchange returns, no restock fee is charged. In all other cases, a 15% restock fee is subtracted from the amount credited back to the customer’s credit card.
We reserve the right to inspect all defective and returned merchandise before an exchange or credit will be made. If we made a “good faith” no charge exchange and you do not ship back the defective item within 10 days, you will be charged for the original and the replacement item.
BuzzerSystems.com can credit shipping costs only in the event of a mistake on our end in shipping. If you are shipping something back to us as a return/exchange you pay for return shipping. We do not have a “free return shipping” policy. We are not responsible for items that do not get back to us. We strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.
Due to our inability to resell returned custom products, we cannot accept returns on custom or special-order items.
If parts from your order are missing then you have to notify BuzzerSystems within 7 days of receiving your order for us to verify our stock and ship out missing parts.

BuzzerSystems.com normally accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept COD payment. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted, as is cash for will-call orders. Payment is due in full as stated on the invoice. Any costs of collections, including attorney fees, will be added to invoice. For international orders, we accept payment by credit card or wire transfer. BuzzerSystems.com charges a $16.00 wire transfer fee for each transaction of this sort. BuzzerSystems.com cannot ship international orders without prepayment.
If the Buyer’s check is returned to BuzzerSystems.com, Inc. for insufficient funds, because payment has been stopped, or for any other reasons, a specific charge of $15.00 will be assessed for the handling of that check regardless of the reason for handling or processing. Two or more returned checks within a 60-day period will cause the account to revert to prepaid / credit card basis.
In Case of Fraud
In the interest of preventing Internet fraud, BuzzerSystems.com reserves the right to refuse any order whose billing address does not match the address on the credit card, or is in any other way suspicious. BuzzerSystems.com reports all fraudulent orders.
Prices and Specifications
Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the computer market, and because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.
Verification of Order
BuzzerSystems.com orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. While it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their own orders, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to
which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
