We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Novel Electronic Designs, Inc. co-founder, Pamela S. Nigus, on Monday, May 6, 2024. She was 56.
For many years Pam was the face & voice of BuzzerSystems.com as our customer service representative. Whether that was taking orders over the phone or personally hand delivering systems to customers around Central Illinois, Pam was integral in maintaining our high standards of high customer service. For our products, Pam was instrumental in the choice of the original player box for the Line Up System & the high-quality brand of carrying case that we use to this day.
Pam’s creative touch can still be felt in many areas across the company. Pam was also key in designing the layout & manufacturing operations for our Third St. Facility.
With her husband, Durwin, she was a co-recipient of the 2007 Rob Grierson Friend of Scholastic Bowl Award presented by the Illinois High Scholastic Bowl Coaches Association.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, & colleagues.
