No voltage conversion is needed outside the USA.

IMPORTANT:
Our older lockout systems are marked as 12-volt devices.
This power pack is a 16-volt device but it is 100% guaranteed compatible.
It will not harm older systems.

Suggestion

We strongly recommend putting a return-address label on your power pack.
“If you leave an event without your pack,
there’s a better chance you’ll get it back!”

Replacing your power pack?
It’s probably best if you obtain a power adapter locally.
Shipping fees usually make it impractical for us to ship these overseas.

Any power pack with the following specifications will work with our systems:

Critical dimensions of the DC power plug:
2.5mm “inside diameter” x 5.5mm “outside diameter”
Plugs with different dimensions will not work!

What output voltage do I need?
Output voltage can range from 12 volts to 16 volts. Must be DC voltage!
How much output current do I need?
Maximum Current needed by any of our products is  1 amp.
What output polarity do I need?
Center contact can be positive or negative!
